Love It or Return It
Try your Milmo bag risk-free for 30 days. If it’s not the perfect fit for your hustle, return or exchange it—no questions asked.
Key Details
Eligibility:
- Only items purchased directly from milmodesign.com qualify.
- Return window starts when your order is delivered (tracking confirmed).
Condition Requirements:
- Bag + liner must be unusoiled, undamaged, and in original packaging and box.
- Never compress the bag into a smaller box—this causes creasing and voids eligibility.
For U.S. and Canada Customers
- 30-Day Window: Returns/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- $10 Restocking Fee: Applied to refunds. Exchanges are free.
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable.
How to Return:
- Get Authorization: Contact jordan@lemilmo.com Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
- Use Our Label: A prepaid return label will be emailed after approval.
- Pack Securely: Include both the bag and liner, folded as originally received.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 30 days of receipt.
- One Exchange Only: Per order, within the 30-day window. Discounts apply only to the original order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Bags with stains, odors, or altered liners.
- Final sale items (clearly marked).
