Try your Milmo bag risk-free for 30 days. If it’s not the perfect fit for your hustle, return or exchange it—no questions asked.

Key Details

Eligibility:

  • Only items purchased directly from milmodesign.com qualify.
  • Return window starts when your order is delivered (tracking confirmed).

Condition Requirements:

  • Bag + liner must be unsoiled, undamaged, and in original packaging and box.
  • Never compress the bag into a smaller box—this causes creasing and voids eligibility.

For U.S. and Canada Customers

  • 30-Day Window: Returns/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • $10 Restocking Fee: Applied to refunds. Exchanges are free.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable.

How to Return:

  • Get Authorization: Contact jordan@lemilmo.com to initiate a return. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
  • Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for returning the bag using their preferred shipping method. Ensure it is securely packed in the original box.
  • Send Tracking: Provide tracking details once shipped.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 30 days of receipt.
  • One Exchange Only: Per order, within the 30-day window. Discounts apply only to the original order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Bags with stains, odors, or altered liners.
  • Final sale items (clearly marked).
