Eligibility:
- Only items purchased directly from milmodesign.com qualify.
- Return window starts when your order is delivered (tracking confirmed).
Condition Requirements:
- Bag + liner must be unsoiled, undamaged, and in original packaging and box.
- Never compress the bag into a smaller box—this causes creasing and voids eligibility.
For U.S. and Canada Customers
- 30-Day Window: Returns/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable.
How to Return:
- Get Authorization: Contact jordan@lemilmo.com to initiate a return. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
- Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for returning the bag using their preferred shipping method. Ensure it is securely packed in the original box.
- Send Tracking: Provide tracking details once shipped.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 30 days of receipt.

Designed from the ground up in Montreal
One day on my way home from work, I needed to do my groceries.
All I had was my work bag. This means that another cheap, ugly "re-useable" bag that would certainly be forgotten again needed to be bought.
A solution was designed - a bag that could be worn to an office with an ample amount of space to carry produce, and a waterproof, removable, washable liner to protect everything else.
Most of all, it needed to look good.
