Milmo: Inventing and launching the first spill-proof day bag.

Invented and launched the first spill-proof day bag

  • Took product from sketch to store: designed 3 SKUs from groun-up, sourced & negotiated with a China factory
  • Built the digital storefront: launched a conversion-optimised Shopify site (UX, CRO, analytics) and full email flows.
  • Drove traction on a limited budget: $50 k revenue in year 1, 41 × 5-star reviews, customers across CA/US/Asia.
  • Growth engine: Meta ads + organic social (100 k+ views) + influencer/UGC program.
  • Cut logistics cost 66 %: shipping per order down from $60 → $20 via new fulfilment partners.
  • Press & brand: led all creative (branding, photo/video, pop-up assets) and earned coverage in The Boston Globe & Travel + Leisure.

Modernised DTC and revived Amazon sales for Costco-supplied denim brand

  • Amazon and DTC reboot: scaled sales from $30 k → $67 k / month
  • Inventory overhaul: rebuilt warehouse flow, revived FBA replenishment, consolidated vendor stock—virtually eliminating out-of-stocks.
  • Shopify relaunch: led mobile-first UX, merchandising, and PDP CRO for the new site, lifting CVR from 1.5 % to 2.3 %.
  • Brand lift: produced lifestyle/product shoots and directed graphics, email, and inventory teams.

Luxury storytelling and built customisation for a 10 k-SKU Shopify store

  • Ring Builder launch: architected an interactive Engagement Ring Builder that lets shoppers design a ring and see an instant photoreal render.
  • 100 k+ images automated: scripted Photoshop + Python pipelines to generate and standardize product shots at scale.
  • Luxury visuals: directed model/product shoots & retouching; produced bespoke product simulations for high-ticket clients.
  • Full-funnel creative: delivered HTML5 ads, motion graphics, and CRO-optimised landing banners.
  • Ops optimiz: automated bulk catalogue uploads (Python/CSV) and shipped emergency site updates for celebrity-driven PR dro
